It's the middle of February, and love is in the air. So we wanted to take this opportunity to share a few words of love and gratitude to our users. 

The last couple of years have been tough for small businesses like Shopperations. Yet, we have been fortunate to have a loyal user base. They stayed with us during the pandemic, and now during the war in Ukraine, supporting our team through thick and thin. They express this love and support in many ways:

1. Solidarity with Ukraine

Thank you for reaching out express your concern and solidatity as soon as the war broke out almost a year ago. A large part of our team lives in the cities across Ukraine. They are bravely and resiliently dealing with the rocket attacks, air raids, and power outages as we speak. Thank you for donating to support Ukrainian army and people. We appreciate your personal contributions and your employers' matches, too.

2. Product Imrovement Feedback

Thank you for submitting product improvement ideas! In the last couple of years, we implemented so many cool new features thanks to you! For example, one-click budget transfers, budget change log, new grid-like tactics planning interface, currency conversions, and calendar year labels. So many more new features are in the works because you care and give us your valuable input!

3. Ratings & Reviews

Thank you for writing product reviews for us and offering your testimonials! We cherish your endorsements. They make it easier for us to attract new business and continue to carry out our mission.

4. Words of Affirmation

Thank you for the kind words of encouragement and appreciation that we hear from you every day. They melt our hearts and make us giggle, like when you ask Shari to “shopperationize” your life. We are not Mari Kondo by any means, but we are happy to add some zen to your professional life.

5. Repeat Business & Referrals

And, finally, thank you for coming back and bringing your business, and for recommending us to your industry peers. You keep us on our toes and make us want to do a better job. You give a purpose to our work and a reason to be excited to show up at our desks every day.
