Invisible  work - the unsung heroes of shopper marketing

I recently watched this awesome video by Mel Robbins who tackles the issue of "invisible" vs. "visible" work.  It made me ponder on how relevant it is for the CPG marketing world where a lot of work happens behind the scenes and true heroes are not always recognized. 

As marketing team leaders, how do we know who contributes the most? How do we uncover the hidden talent that doesn't speak up at meetings? How do we really see who is the backbone of your team, quietly moving things forward?
