Invisible  work - the unsung heroes of shopper marketing

I recently watched this awesome video by Mel Robbins who tackles the issue of "invisible" vs. "visible" work.  It made me ponder on how relevant it is for the CPG marketing world where a lot of work happens behind the scenes and true heroes are not always recognized.
