Where is Retail & CPG Industry Heading? - Podcast Interview Feat. Dr. Brian Harris

Brian Harris Interview PodcastI have been fortunate enough to be profiled as a guest on various podcasts in the last few months, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Accordingly, I decided to start my own.

So here it is, my first Shopperations podcast, which due to the pedigree of my first guest is setting the bar pretty high - this must be the overachiever in me.

I had the honor of chatting to Brian Harris, thought leader, author, businessman and educator. Or perhaps you know him as "The Father of Category Management", a discipline that took the retail and CPG world by storm in 1990s and 2000s.

Listen to this podcast where Brian and I chat about the impact he has made on the retail industry, as well as where he sees the industry heading.

If you enjoyed this, please keep an eye out for our next episode where I chat to Brian about what he learnt while deploying Category Management and what Shopper Marketers can take from this success.
